Detailed Scope of work
Our experienced superintendents thoroughly inspect the damaged property preparing their scope of work estimates. We work with local municipalities to ensure that we adhere to all local codes and ordinances. Additionally we use a third party estimating system to accurately obtain cost estimates. This results in an accurate initial scope of work estimate, leaving little room for additional “surprise” expenses.

Customer Convenience
Affected clients choose all for their interior finishes at one of our local Design Centers. Our convenient, one-stop selection process speeds up the decision making process as well as the delivery time of materials thus shortening the completion time.

Efficient Scheduling
Our privately developed scheduling system, design center selections, along with our long term working relationships with vendors and sub contractors enable us to efficiently control construction costs and schedule. Cost savings are then also achieved with regards to Alternative Living expenses.

Client Satisfaction
We realize those affected by emergencies are your long term clients and an important source for references. We have a full time Service Manager who will be available to ensure follow-up questions and concerns are answered and addressed in a timely manner. Additionally, we have knowledgeable support personnel available during regular business ours at our main office.
